So while everyone in the media is soupin up Hurricane Gustav, I've noticed that Tropical Storm Hanna's not getting much airtime. I wouldn't be surprised if this storm gains hurricane force winds and diverts its path. As well, the media is shaping this as some kind of ticket of redemption for Bush's/the government's failure, after Katrina, to provide assistance to its citizen's. Furthermore, the only reason the current administration/the powers that be are takin preparatory measures is because the shores of the Gulf of Mexico is where much of America's oil wells are. Look out for skyrocketing gas prices this week, maybe starting tomorrow morning.
